In addition to a library of customizable report templates, all estimate data in PCU System can be exported to clean, complete Microsoft Office files for sharing, independent analysis/review, and archival. Detailed characteristics of each resource are embedded in the estimate enabling automated, accurate escalation of historical data and past cost studies. The common coding structure can be implemented in PCU System Cost Control or imported into other project controls systems.

PCUSystem was developed to be as simple as possible while providing the flexibility needed to serve all of our needs. This means utilizing trusted systems such as SQL for database management and web-based or MS-Office based interfaces. In-house development enables us to connect with other programs and data sources as needed.
